Episode 139: Napoleon Hill’s Major Attributes of Leadership

Napoleon Hill’s seminal book “Think & Grow Rich” was released in 1937 but it was based on research he conducted prior to that, over some 25 years, as he interviewed the great leaders of his time – Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, Andrew Carnegie, John D Rockefeller and Alexander Graham Bell…just to name a few. In the book there is a section entitled “The Major Attributes of Leadership” and on this episode manufacturing leadership advisor and author Kevin Snook shares his thoughts on how those leadership attributes are holding up some 80+ years later.
